There's people that are too quick to complain, therefore I would like to give some positive feedback to Monsterbeds.

After a disappointing start as I ordered 2 different headboards which both proved to be out of stock I was offered a replacement headboard which was delivered this morning and I am absolutely delighted with it, it really enhances the room and the quality of the wood is fabulous. I would like to thank all the staff who helped me when I called who were both pleasant and very helpful.

Excellent Service

Thank you for the excellent service we received with our order for 2 sets of the corona range bedroom set. We received our order in the time limit specified, your customer service was very good and the quality of the furniture is excellent well worth the money and it looks more expensive than it was.I will certainly recommend monster beds to friends and family and will be purchasing further items to complete my bedroom in the future.

Outstanding!

Initially we were unhappy with our purchase. From one telephone call we were treated like valued customers. Monster beds went out of their way to provide us with a replacement headboard. We were constantly updated by telephone and called after delivery to check we were happy. I am very impressed with the customer care: I don't think I have ever experienced such good service as a result of a complaint.

Great service and good value for money products.

Brought a bed and had it transported to Bulgaria still packed. opened it 8 months later to find a small part missing, contacted the company expecting to pay for the part after all this time. But to my surprise they really put their self out to find the part which they got the manufacturer to send me.

They could not have been more helpful. Now this is what I call good old fashioned customer service.

Excellent Service, Price and Delivery

I would like to thank all at monsterbeds for the excellent service they gave me when I ordered my lovely new bed. 

I placed the order on the Thursday afternoon and had it delivered the following Monday, all packaged extremely well and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful.

I was extremely pleased with the price at monsterbeds and they are by far the cheapest around that I could find and their site was very user friendly, couldn't ask for more.

I will recommend you to any one, TOP MARKS + BEST BEDS - keep up the good work....

Nearlly 3 weeks , we have half a bed !!! NOW we have a bed & its amazing :-)

ordered bed 3x weeks ago, were told a driver would call haf hour before delivery... they failed to do so on the first delivery day, then informed us they were un able to call on the 2nd delivery day.... after waiting in all day the bed was finally delivered......

Once opened we found only half a bed, and it wasnt the king size we had ordered..

I called the aftersales team who then informed me id have to wait another week for collection... and i would only get the refund once the bed had arrived back at their depo...

After my orignial bad review, the customer slaes team were really good at resolving the problem, the bed arrived after 2 days , i recived calls from the aftersales team who were very apologetic, the resolved the issue . i can happily say i would use monster beds in the future

Fantastic!

I'm so pleased with the service from Monster Beds. The price was amazing and the delivery time was super quick. From order to delivery I cannot fault anything, the delivery driver even phoned me the night before to arrange delivery as it was going to be an early morning drop off. Really couldn't ask for more.

Excellent Service

I ordered a metal bed by phone at 5 p.m. the gentleman was extreamly polite and very efficient, the bed arrived 2 days later. My husband put bed together in under an hour. The quality is really good and I would use Monsterbeds again.

A couple of issues, but overall good service!

I placed an order for a bed and mattress on the evening of Sunday 12th December, both items had a 'Next Day' note on them. I put a note on the order that our preferred delivery date would be Thursday 16th December. I then waited for a call, as promised by their site to book in our delivery. When I hadn't heard anything by Wednesday evening I sent an email asking for confirmation. I received a call on the Thursday morning to advise that the bed and mattress would arrive separately but they would definitely be delivered that day, so I arranged for my wife to stay in all day. The mattress was delivered, but the bed wasn't, so I sent an email asking for a call in the morning to advise me of the situation. The call wasn't made, so I rang them. I spoke to a guy who promised me that he would look into it and get back to me in 5 mins. This never happened, so I rang again, and again this time I spoke to the head of despatch who did get back to me promptly, and advised me that the bed would be delivered today (Friday 17th). As I was working locally, I went home to make sure that someone would be there, only to find the 'sorry I missed you card' from TNT. I rang Monsterbeds again, and told him what had happened, and asked if they could get in touch with TNT and get the driver to come back, but he said this couldn't be done, but, he advised that he would get the manager to ring me. 3 hours later I rang again and spoke to the same person and requested that the manager calls me that day. I then left it until around 17:20, I had no call, so I rang again. This time I spoke to a woman. As I was explaining the situation, she put the phone down on me. When I tried ringing again....`the office was closed`! At this point I decided to wait until the delivery arrived. This happened on Tuesday and the boxes were in a poor condition with a part missing.

The Managing Director phoned me this morning and couldn't apologise enough. He assured me that the matter will be dealt with, and his staff would be reminded that customer service is very important. He also asked for me to send pictures of the boxes as they were delivered so that he could take the matter up with TNT. Having had this conversation, I, without a doubt, would use Monsterbeds again, and the vast majority of reviews on here agree.

Excellent service

Ordered a bed and mattress from the showroom on Wednesday. The salesperson confirmed that the mattress would be in stock on Friday.

Monster Beds phoned on Friday to confirm delivery for Sunday. Unfortunately on the Sunday (before Christmas) there was very heavy snow and we were phoned at 11 am and told that deliveries had been abandoned due to the conditions and an accident to one of their vans. 

At 7.00am on the following day we were phoned to say that the bed would arrive in 10 minutes! Sure enough it did, despite the snow and -11° temperature.

The goods were exactly as ordered and the service, particularly considering the conditions was superb.

Superb turnaround

After an initial worry with delivery, Monster Beds were brilliant...tracking and tracing the location of my delivery and had no hesitation in keeping me abreast of its arrival time. Excellent team and many thanks for making my coming weekend a comfy one!

Excellent Service, Contact, Price & Delivery

Placed our order and contacted next day with delivery date - arrived on as promised with all parts, nuts and bolts intact !!

A Big Thank You

Wow, i order on the 11th august and my bed arrived 4 days later, the service has been brilliant, as an elderly person living alone i was a little concerned about how i would get on with ordering from an internet company, well i went to the right one!! nothing was too much trouble, and i would really like to thank the delivery driver, chris. he is a star, thanks again to all at monster beds ps my daughter has just orderded a big divan, please look after her, im sure you will.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered from spain for deleivery when i arrived in the uk, it arrived exactly on time and date ordered. unfortunatley the frame did develop a fault, however the customer service was exceptional, i was worried that i would be left hanging at the end of a telephone, no way, calls were returned promptly and every effort was made to remedy the situation, ending with myself choosing a replacement item, which again arrived on time with a cheerful friendly driver. i have no hesitatiion whatsoever to recommend this company fully.

Certain high street brand names could learn a lot from Monsterbeds, in both the on-line shopping experience and customer service. We can't rate Monsterbeds highly enough. Mosterbeds Customer Service

I think it is only fair to say that i must eat humble pie. Let me explain.......I recieved a call this morning from the managing director of monsterbeds. Daniel. He could not have been more appologetic or helpfull. He was genuinely concerned about my treatment and nothing was too much trouble for this gentleman. He had already refunded my payement before he rang. I change my review to TRUST THIS COMPANY. Having spoken to Daniel i now accept that the bug going around the office was not an excuse. He was genuine. No doubt about that. He assures me that he takes customer service very seriously and does not like his customers let down. He took the time to read reviews on trustpilot and acted on them. All credit to the gentleman for doing that. I hope my review did not put people off monsterbeds. Believe me they care. Sop at monsterbeds with confidence.

Excellent Care & Attention to Detail

This is the best company I have dealt with over the internet! There was a quality problem with the item I ordered and I thought here goes this is where the trouble starts. I was wrong! They dealt with the replacement very efficiently, a chap called Dave keeping me fully informed all of the way. The item was delivered by their own very pleasant driver who collected the item I was unhappy with. Buy from this company with confidence every time! I ordered a bed frame over the internet, and was very impressed with the speed of service. The instructions were very straightforward and I assembled the frame myself in a short space of time. The best customer care online!!!

I have just received the 2 replacement seats for the ones that had marks and i have to say your service is amazing , i am so pleased with the goods, service and helpful staff it was the most enjoyable shopping i think i have ever had. Great mattress and saved £££s compared to high street prices. What a result! 5 Stars all round *****

I had been searching for weeks to find a new mattress as ours was well past its sleep by date! Never thought I would be shopping online for one but gave it a go and we are very happy with the result. The only shock was it came rolled up but when we took it out of the packaging it unfolded and expanded to size and was ready to get the marriage back on track ;0 Wife now well happy!!! Cheers.

delivery of my new bed

I have now just recieved my new bed from monsterbeds, after speaking with there polite staff last thursday the managing director called back friday morning and appologised for the delivery companys missed appointment and promised us our bed for today. Not only have we got our bed on time but as an added bonus they have upgraded our mattress as well. Top marks for monsterbeds as they have restored our faith in british industry

3 Door Mexican Corona Wardrobe

I would without hesitation recommend this company and have to done to family and friends already...

I ordered a wardrobe, there emails response was ultra fast...The delivery service was quick and the driver was polite and helpful. At the time of ordering "FREE DELIVERY" this is always a bonus, were some sites were offering same wardrobe at a similar price but hiking the price with £25 to £45 delivery... So in that respect this company gets a big thumbs up...

Monster Performance! Best service! Fab prices!

I dont normally leave feedback but after the performance from monsterbeds.co.uk I felt I had to sing their praises! I purchased a double size divan and had to pinch myself when I saw the price. I was thinking there must be a catch, like extra delivery charges or add the VAT on at the end like other websites do. But everything was as shown and the price was the price as shown. Ordering was simple, info from the company was better than others, delivered on time and what a bed!!! FANTASTICO!!! We are all too often ready to complain when something goes wrong but rarely give credit when credits due, so well done everyone!!!

Excellent firm to deal with.

I only have praise for the company, they excelled in every way. The product is very good and the price is outstandingly cheap. I had seen a bed that was exactly the same as this, but over £100.00 dearer.

The delivery was on time and the staff could not have been more polite and helpful.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, PRODUCTS AND PRICES!!!

MONSTERBEDS.CO.UK HAVE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. AFTER PLACING MY ORDER I HAD A PHONE CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS TO ADVISE ME OF A DELIVERY DATE WHICH WAS A GREAT START. THE DAY OF DELIVERY I HAD A PHONE CALL FROM THE DELIVERY MAN ADVISING ME THE APPROX TIME AND YET AGAIN, SPOT ON! AFTER UNPACKING EVERYTHING I SET ABOUT THE TASK OF BUILDING THE BED AND AT FIRST GLANCE IT LOOKED A CHALLENGE BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE THAT GOOD THE THING WAS BUILT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AND LOOKED AMAZING. BOTTOM LINE IS I SPENT HALF WHAT I WOULD HAVE IN DREAMS OR OTHER HIGH STREET STORES AND WAS LOOKED AFTER IN SUPER QUICK TIME BY A COMPANY THAT SHOWS A GREAT DEAL OF CUSTOMER CARE WHICH IS HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS. Magnificent Monsterbeds

I would just like to say how pleased I am with the service given to me on ordering my bed. I was told it would be delivered in 1 to 3 days and, indeed, it was. The delivery driver rang me to say where he had left it, as I was at work. I would also like to say that the quality of the bed is amazing and the clear and concise instructions made it easy to put together. It took me just 1 ½ hours to unpack everything and put it all together on my own (really good for a girl!). I am now enjoying my new bed and have been singing your praises to all who will listen. I will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.

They take pride in their work

I ordered two beautiful pieces of furniture, one of which was unfortunately being discontinued. However, Monsterbeds telephoned me immediately to let me know and helped me find another piece that would fit perfectly with the first. They really know their stock and should great integrity and pride in providing a excellent and personal service. Their prices are remarkable in comparison to many of their competitors. I will definitely be ordering my furniture through them again.

Highly Recommended !!

I had found a bed I really liked and was comparing internet prices when I found Monsterbeds. I was a little apprehensive about using a company unknown to me but decided to give it a try as the price was so good. Glad I did ! Site was informative & easy to use. The bed arrived nice & early on the arranged day and I also received a phone call beforehand. The bed was well packaged, easy to put together and is gorgeous. SUPERB, highly recommended

I ordered my bed from Monster beds, and have recieved it this morning, its built and ready for use!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were prompt, polite, and the product is superb. The quality is BETTER than i expected. Delivery was within the 14day timescale which it clearly states on the site 7-14 day delivery.. PERFECT..

The delivery driver was very helpful and cheery.

I even rang the company to change the colour of the bed i ordered, my own mistake ordering the wrong colour. I didnt think they would be able to change it but they did, no problems what so ever. The guy on the phone rang me within and hour of me emailing them to change it and confirmed it had been done.

Very polite on the phone and did everything to help.

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WILL USE AGAIN..
